Post Annual Meeting/ BOD Meeting

Present Board Members:

Tom Ryberg – Outgoing BOD 9/13

Dorris Ross – Outgoing BOD 9/13

Ronny Marino, Jr – Remaining BOD 9/13

Jennifer Triolo – Elected BOD 9/13

Anise Black – Elected BOD 9/13

 Meeting called to order at 7:25pm.

First order of business: Assign roles

Reviewed current tasks related to roles. Anise questioned tasks being re-assigned/ rearranged/changed. Unaware of expectation of this being done tonight. Ronny, Doris, Tom stated this is how the roles are set up. After reviewing all roles and brief discussion of changing from Elite to EHRM, Ronny stated that he felt the treasurer job should become much easier and he would like to throw his hat in the ring for the position of President.

After some discussion, Doris left at 8:00pm with the understanding that she would have Riley Security send the reports to all 3 new board members until new roles were decided. Tom left historical information with new board and left meeting at 8:00pm.

After previous board members left, the newly elected board members voted on positions amongst themselves by a raise of hands. A unanimous vote reflected the following:

President, Ronny Marino, Jr.

Treasurer, Anise Black

Secretary, Jennifer Triolo

Discussion:

Will continue to hold HOA meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.

Next meeting October 11, 2022 at 6:00pm.

Discussed information received tonight from 7304 Woodmill Way related to the court case being brought against Woodmill Trace regarding Airbnb rental.

Ronny will get information from Nationwide Insurance so we can know options for response. Nationwide will assign a lawyer.
