Board of Directors Meeting

Board Members Present

Meeting was called to order by President, Tom Ryberg, at 4:58 pm.

Secretary's Report

Doris Ross, Secretary gave each Board Member present a copy of the minutes from the September 2, 2021 meeting. The minutes were approved with corrections to the spelling of Ronny Marino and Tom Ryberg names in the meeting minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer’s report was given by Ronny Marino, Jr. as of August 31, 2021 the HOA was showing a nest profit of $7,710.00. The Reserve as of the above date had $257,949.00.

New Business

The Board discussed the use of the clubhouse. If used for community event the Board would want someone to be responsible for rental and deposit of the event. Motion tabled with the discussion of rules being written will be voted on once rules are written.

A social chair person who would work with the Board to schedule food trucks and special community event was discussed. Board could at their discretion allow special use of the facilities. This will be given more consideration later.

Board discussed the replacement of post holding up the sign at the entrance . Board voted to get a bid on the replacement.

Old Business

The discussion about intersection of 72 and Christopher is ongoing.

The pool furniture will be stacked and covered when the weather is cool enough that furniture use is not practical.

Board of Directors reviewed the possibility of cleaning the fences behind Woodmill way , Rushing Wood and the RV lot. Decided to wait until Spring to clean fences.

Board discussed residents being allowed to come to the monthly meeting. Board decided if allowed they would have limited time and must submit question(s) to Board one week before meeting. Encourage people with needs to seek out Directors at any time.

Have ALM landscape area on the west side of the Clubhouse with encore azaleas.

Board to identify Air bnb operating in neighborhood andve EHM send them a letter to cease and desist.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm by President, Tom Ryberg.
