Board of Directors Meeting

Board Members Present

Meeting was called to order by President, Tom Ryberg, at 6:42 pm.

Secretary's Report

A copy of August 4, 2021 meeting minutes were give to each Board member present by Doris Ross, Secretary. The minutes were approved as written.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was given by Ronny Marino, Jr. The operation Budget has $37,088.72 in it as of July 31, 2021. The Reserve has $257, 949.00 as of July 31, 2021.

Old Business

Lucky B (Bennett Waite) quoted $4,212.96 to power wash the sidewalks that did not get done by volunteers. He also said the would power wash porches and sidewalk for individual units for $20.00 a piece this to be paid by the resident of the unit. Board approved hiring him to do sidewalks after September 11, 2021.

72 West intersection solution is on going. Tom Ryberg and others are working with DOT and other officials. Nothing has been decided as of this date.

Contact Elite to see if they can maintain residents information and renters information including payment of $50.00 per year administration fee.

The Board discussed late dues by HOA members and what to do.

New Business

Board decided to hold annual meeting on September 30, 2021 in pool area at the clubhouse with food truck at meeting if possible.

The putting up of outside Christmas decorations at the clubhouse was discussed. It was decided to wait until next meeting to decide what to do.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:23 pm by President, Tom Ryberg.
