Meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm by Tom Ryberg, President

Secretary's Report

A copy of the minutes from July meeting were give to each Board member present by Doris Ross. Secretary. Two corrections were made the spelling of James Lowell was changed to James Lowdell and date the food tuck came from August 4 to August 5. Other minutes were accepted as written.

Treasurer's Report

A report was not available due to the transfer of Treasurer’s duties from Jim Ladd to the to the new Treasurer Ronald A. Marino, Jr.

Old Business

Jim Ladd turned over the key fobs and the HOA computer along with all financial documents to the new Treasurer Ronald A. Marino, Jr.

Board decided to hire someone to finish cleaning sidewalks. Tom Ryberg will get quotes on this project.

Swing on porch of clubhouse was taken down because of its condition.

Financial reports will be checked by the new Treasurer Ronald A. Marino, Jr. At his point it appears everything is in order.

Board was not aware of maintenance issues that need to be handled.

Discussion of the safety of the intersection of 72 and Christopher Drive is on going . Suggestions of things being considered are a decal lane for right turns on to Christopher and a flashing sign of warning of intersection at top of the of hill.

New Business

Board discussing hiring someone to put up outside Christmas decorations for the clubhouse. Ronny Marino is going to get quotes for this project and report to the Board who will then decide what to do.

Meeting was adjourned by President Tom Ryberg, at 8:21 pm
