Meeting was called to order by President, Tom Ryberg, at 10:08 am.

Secretary's Report

A copy of June 1, 2021 meeting minutes were give to each Board member present and were approved with the change of the date of last meeting minutes being changed from June1, 2012 to May 7, 2021. Unavailable.

Treasurer's Report

Jim Ladd volunteer acting Treasurer had some question for EHM. The first one was why WOW now billing us for $76.00 a month when it was suppose to be free. It was explained the free was only basic cable. The $76.00 a month is for faster internet service and static controller for cameras.

Old Business

After much discussion it was decided to attempt to finish side walk cleaning with volunteers.

Discussed termite protection. Have two opinions from attorneys that say because units a re individually owned Board can not force everyone to have termite protection.

Board discussed intersection of 72 W and Christopher Road. Tom Ryberg explained that long range plans for expansion of 72W would close the intersection from Christopher Drive for left hand turns either way. He explained that they had let DOT know this was not acceptable resolution.

Also discussed were delinquent HOA pays and what to do about them.

New Business

Board discussed the replacement of swing on back porch of clubhouse. Jim Ladd volunteered to look into this.

Food truck's are scheduled for August 4, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. These trucks are Get Loaded and Yum Yum ice cream truck.

It was brought up that a resident had requested that TV be put in meeting room of clubhouse. Board discussed this and decided not to do this.
