Meeting called to order by Tom Ryberg, President, at 10:00 a.m.

Secretary's Report

A written copy of the June 1st, 2021 meeting minutes was given to each Board member present by Doris Ross, Secretary. The minutes were approved as written.

Treasurer's Report

Unavailable.

Old Business

Tom Ryberg, Michael Lewis and Frank Zawada will be following up on getting changes done to alleviate issue with getting out onto Highway 72 from neighborhood.

New Business

Michael Lewis resigned from Board of Directors. As of this meeting no one has been appointed to replace him. The following people have volunteered: Jim Morgan, Ronny Moreno, Scott Smith, Annise Black and Amy Hallman.

The first Thursday of each month was set as meeting date for Board of Directors at 10:00 a.m. Community wide meeting was set for the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

EHM to give us legal opinion on whether or not we can provide termite protection to the community. A member of the Board of Directors will be reaching out to Anderson pools to determine occupancy.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:14 a.m.
